Optimix Mixing Shaft

Awful communication from the team. Wrong part originally sent what I had to wait a further 5 days to receive what cost me a loss of earnings. Once received the correct part. I received a used mixer shaft and then asked about any way to compensate anything towards my loss of earnings the team said it’s not there fault and blamed the courier. The courier didn’t send the wrong part the team did.
